The LB01 Automatic Bottom Assembly Machine is designed to efficiently assemble the bottom panels to the wooden crate frames. This machine automates the process, ensuring precise alignment and secure fastening of the bottom to the crate sides and heads, enhancing the structural integrity of the crates.

Automatic Size Adjustment
The machine allows for automatic adjustment of the top pressure units, ensuring proper contact and fastening based on the crate dimensions.
Electronic Head Positioning
The position of the stitching heads is automatically adjusted by an electronic system, controlled via the PLC.
Quick Format Change
Format changes can be completed in 5 minutes, significantly reducing downtime during size transitions.
Special Conveyor Belts:
The machine uses four conveyor belts equipped with special taquettes screwed onto the belt to securely transport crates. These belts are driven by four servo motors and require no maintenance or lubrication
Four Stitching Modules
Two modules for stitching the bottom panel to the heads (with 3 heads each), and two for stitching the bottom to the sides (with 5 heads each). In total, the machine can be equipped with maximum 16 heads.
Precise Control
Each stitching group is equipped with three servo motors
—one for the stitching head, one for the riveter, and one for the wire feed—allowing precise control and adjustment during the assembly process.
The LB01 machine is capable of producing up to 5,000 crates per hour, making it ideal for high-demand production environments.
