External Chains
Four 1" external chains with a 304.8mm pitch (or other sizes) position the first board, driven by two servo motors.
Internal Chains
Four 1" internal chains with a 304.8mm pitch (or other sizes) align the second board, with format changes adjustable via the touchscreen.
Monobloc Stitching Groups
Four stitching groups, each driven by a separate servo motor, precisely connect the heads to the side boards, ensuring strong and consistent joints.
Automatic Oscillation
The stitching heads feature automatic oscillation for consistent and precise attachment of the boards to the heads.
Automatic Size Adjustment
The machine supports automatic size adjustments, with changeover times of less than 1 minute, allowing for rapid transitions between different crate sizes.
The LM01 machine is capable of producing up to 5,000 crates per hour, making it ideal for high-demand production environments.
